ABSTRACT

This paper applied the AIC algorithm pointed out that the factors impacted the entrepreneurial intention in the Covid19 Pandemic. The COVID-19 epidemic had caused great harm to the start-up community when up to 50% of startups confirmed that they were operating in moderation and generating negligible income;while 23% of start-ups think that they are losing capital raising opportunities and expanding their market, 20% of start-ups choose to freeze their activities. We selected 178 students living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to survey. The results suggest that the research results show that the factors affecting the Entrepreneurship intention of students from strong impact to weak impact are as follows: personality characteristics, subjective norm, feasibility perception, attitude towards entrepreneurship, financial approach impact entrepreneurship intention. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2022

ABSTRACT

During the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic in the world and Vietnam, the increasing interest in health and people’s health consciousness affects the use of safe food, including organic foods. The desire to promote green consumption and develop green products for people to have good health and a healthy lifestyle to fight against the great tribulation has enabled the research on organic food. The study was conducted to determine the factors affecting consumers’ intention to buy organic food conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Collected 299 survey samples through questionnaires and processed the data using R software. The results showed 6 factors: Food safety, Health Consciousness, Environment care, Paying ability, Food quality, Social lifestyle positively influencing consumers’ intention to buy organic food in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The study also proposes some managerial implications for related businesses and future research directions based on the analyzed data. This study uses the optimal choice of the BIC for the Consumer’s Organic Food Buying Intention. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to analyze the influence of Product (PRO), Service quality elements (SER), Psychological factor (PSY), Brand (BRA) on the purchasing decision of medical masks in the covid19 pandemic in Vietnam. Data was collected Vietnam consumers who are living in Ho Chi Minh City habitually usually use the medical mask. We used R 4.0.2 for analyzing statistics. The results of this study indicate that the Psychological factor (PSY) and Brand (BRA) had an important and positive influence on purchasing decisions the products from the medical mask is 37.77%. Product (PRO) and Service quality elements (SER) are not related to the purchasing decision. Applications of this study give implications to enhance to buy the medical mask in product market development. Previous studies revealed that using linear regression. ABSTRACT

The Covid 19 pandemic has strongly influenced different social aspects such as economic, political, cultural, and social issues. The education industry also cannot avoid the severe damage that has caused educational administrators to find out many solutions to improve the teaching and learning system during the pandemic. Zoom is one of the most effective online training tools to overcome the limitations of communications caused by social distancing in response to the Coronavirus spreading. This study uses the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) model combined with both Corvid 19 risk perception and online security risk perception variables to examine the intention to employ Zoom - a web-based platform - for online learning of students in a university of Vietnam. 185 students from Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City were interviewed and data from the interview results were used to evaluate the model's hypotheses. The results show that the combination of the TRA model and risk perception is a very good choice to assess the intention to adopt Zoom for distancing learning.

ABSTRACT

This paper uses the expanded theory of planned behavior (TPB) model to evaluate risk perception and the intention to hoard food during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. In this study, questionnaires were used to obtain information from respondents in order to conduct a quantitative investigation of COVID-19 risk perception and food hoarding intention. The responses of the respondents to the surveys were the principal instrument for the collation of information and the primary tool to obtain data. The survey included questions regarding the determinants for the intention to hoard food during the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 86 consumers living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with the intention to hoard food were selected as the respondents. The data showed that higher risk perception was associated with a greater tendency toward hoard food. These findings indicate that high levels of risk perception, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic or other periods of civil unrest, resulting in intentions to purchase goods that are no longer based on common sense. © 2020 Innovare Academics Sciences Pvt.
